My credit card & so called "GOOD" plan & service

Recently a lot of bank is doing promotion for credit card, a lot of free things is giving out when sign up for credit card.

Last year on November, went to XXXBank asked for what type of credit card they having & one of the staff recommend me one of the type that no need pay for yearly fees mean free for whole life. No addition charge. They told me the procedure very easy, just sign up & can get it between 1 and 2 weeks time & is VERY FAST. So I thought that is good, so signed up for it. Waited & waited…. 1 week has passed….. 2 weeks has passed…. Call up to customer service, they said will get it soon. Eventually, I can’t remember when I get it. If I not mistaken is around 3rd or 4th week only get it. This is what they called VERY FAST. Never mind, since I get it & my insurance premium due date is fell in the same month so I used it to pay. The following month I also used it to pay for my mom insurance. So, 2 months has passed & I had paid the amount to the bank. So far, nothing happened. The bank did not charge me single cent too. The important thing is when come to 3rd month; I did not use the credit card to swap anything. So when I checked the balance for the credit card at ATM machine, it shows Balance: RM 3.95. What the shit is that! I did not use to swap anything & had cleared the entire amount at bank before the due date. So damn… don’t know how to say the feeling. Is so angry. Called up to the customer service asked about the amount is for what, they told me is a monthly charge. What the shit!!? Monthly charge!!? Really want to kill them. When sign up, they said no yearly charge & no addition charge & now they told me have to pay the monthly charge. When I told them that the credit card is no need to pay any charge & is free for whole life & they told me is true. They said no need to pay charge or any addition charge is mean by we have to swap the card every month & must not less than RM300 every month then only they will not charge any fees. Shit them lar!! When sign up didn’t told me about this. So I am so angry until fire up to head, I think angry until the fire can burn the whole bank. Immediately I asked them how to cancel my card. They asked me why want to cancel it & I told them yours like cheating people. So they have nothing to say, they just told me go to one of the branch & tell them want to cancel it.

So the following day I went to cancelled it at one of the branch. So paid for the RM 3.95 that I shouldn’t pay & sign my signature & went out with angry face. I thought this case is settled but when come to the following month when I checked out at ATM machine it still show the Balance: RM3.95 & I also received the statement show that Balance is RM3.95. So called up to customer service again they said don’t worry cause the case is closed & I no need to pay anything. Off course the said don’t worry lar, cause the money is not paid by them. They told me would send the report to let the person in charge handle it. Fine, let them settle. The following month received another statement; Balance is around RM8… what the shit again! So called again customer service, again same question throw out & same answer again received. I told them last month they said will settled but until this month still haven’t settled. I keep on scold them. They seem like scared & can’t answer my question any more. They said would write another report. I get the customer service name incase next time I can refer back to her. Again the cleverest thing they will tell the customer is “Don’t worry”. Really disappointed with the bank service. No wonder had listened so many complains about this bank service is not good lar, slow process to settled cases lar, ATM problems lar…. these & that lar… so many complains. Never improved. So bad.

At last, I went to checked at ATM machine last week.. It didn’t show any balance. It took more than 3 to 4 month to settled a case… so so so bad. Is really bad bad bad service.

So advise to all, make sure when apply credit card read the terms & conditions properly. Never cheat by this kind of plan.

no yearly charge & no addition charge == monthly charge and the charges is a BASIC charges and NOT additional charges
