換工與新居 / New Job And New House

說些故事給大家聽吧，只因工作得不開心，去年八月提交了辭職信，九月離開了工作了六年的大公司。期間休息了三個月，誤打誤撞進入了離家不遠只需大約五分鐘車程的一家銀行上班。说也不信，這份工跟我前份工一點關係和相似度也沒有，猜到是甚麽嗎？在銀行來來去去不就是那幾個職位，個人貸款銷售員。。房屋貸款銷售員。。信用卡銷售員。。哈哈，偏偏我就被我現任老闆選中加入了她的團隊成為了信用卡銷售員。

這份工說容易也不容易，只因每個月都有銷售目標，哪個月如沒達到目標，銀行不會發佣金，只會發基本工資。但說難也不會難，只要如果促銷配套很好和吸引到顧客申請的話，那個月就不用擔心銀行不發佣金了。眨眼間，已在這裡待了十二個月了。換了工作後甚少上網了，部落格也沒發貼，只因公司沒個人電腦，見顧客時間大多數是在外頭，上網的時間就只能在回家後了。有時累了，就乾脆早點上床找周公。

其實這一年裡不只在忙工作，還忙著關於新購的房屋及裝修的問題。這半年裡是最忙的，裝修工程已達九十九巴仙了，搬迁日期已订在明年一月六日，說白一點就是下個星期四了。但願一切順順利利吧！

Just a little bit stories to share with you, due to unhappy with my job, I had tendered my resignation letter in August last year, and left the company that I had been worked for 6 years in September. In the meantime, I had given myself a long rest for 3 months. In January, I found a job and the working location is just around 5 minutes of motorbike riding from my home and the job is working under a bank. Maybe you wouldn’t believe what am I working as if I tell the true, it is nothing related or same as what my previous job as. Mostly you can find the bank jobs like Sales Executive for Personal Loan, Mortgage Loan, and Credit Card… Haha, I being interviewed by my current manager to work as Credit Card Sales Executive.

The job is not hard or easy due to having monthly sales target; there are no commissions for that particular month if we cannot achieve the sales target and we are being paid for the basic salary only. But if the promotion is good and very attractive for the customer, then there is no worry for that particular month not being pay for commission. Time has passing very fast, been working here for 12 months already. I seldom surf internet and write blog after changed my job, due to new company got no personal computer and we seldom staying in the office cause most of the time we met our customer outside of the office. I only manage to surf internet at home after back from office, but then most of the time I will rather going to sleep earlier than surfing the internet.

Beside busy with my job, recently I also busy to settling the issues with my new house. The renovation of my new house is now 99% done, the date for shifting in is scheduled on 6th January next year, means there will be next Thursday. Hope everything go fine next week!

重新出發，我回來了！ / I'm Back, A New Start!

哇，一年了，上篇的文章離現在已一年多了，已一年多沒發貼了。到底這一年裡我在忙甚麽？到底我去了哪裡？呵。。。其實沒去哪，還在馬來西亞。

昨天進入我的部落格後，感覺有點傷心只因看見了這部落格已擱置了一年多沒貼上一篇文章，心裡突然間有了重新出發的念頭只因不捨得自己辛辛苦苦經營出來的部落格被廢棄一旁。所以這篇文算是二零一零年第一篇文章吧，至於這一年來我在忙甚麽，下篇才告訴你。

是的，我回來了，我要重新出發。。。！

Wow, already one year. Since last post till now already one year, more than one year I did not update my blog already. Between what had happened to me? Busy on what? Where did I go to? Ha… I’m still in Malaysia actually.

Feel a bit sad yesterday when I login to my blog due to found out that I did not update my blog for more than one year, the feeling of new start has come to my mind because I do not hope this blog end up like that. Therefore, this post consider as my first post in the year of 2010. But what I busy on along this year? Next post will tell you.
